This book is called Chronically Empowered and is a collaboration project with another passionate artist and chronic illness advocate, @thechronicallyhonest, and a whole array of amazing, and powerful chronic illness warriors.
Chronically Honest is an Instagram account that’s mission is to share the honest hardships of chronic illnesses through beautiful illustrations displayed with powerful text that describes the image.
Our CEO was caught by surprise as she stumbled upon this Instagram account and it thoroughly appealed to her. This collaboration project is a book created to celebrate our CEO, Jessica Cassick’s nine-year Domestic Violence SURVIVOR Anniversary! It is a book of short stories that brings attention to various aspects of chronic illnesses and struggles. Each story falls within a specific theme, and each is strategically created to empower individuals facing various chronic conditions.
